I love DDR, but...

Use a preloader, and draw your graphics in flash. Compress the file, too. Go to file-export movie instead of file-publish.

2.I DID draw my graphics in flash but as I said, I suck at flash....
3.I DID go to file-export movie....

But just so you know I am getting WAY better at drawing in flash. I still can't get preloaders to work though :(
